We use your information to: - Operate the Neatyx marketplace and facilitate bookings between customers and independent cleaning professionals - Share your service address and booking details with the specific cleaner you have booked, only after a confirmed booking exists - Communicate booking confirmations, reminders, and updates via email and push notifications - Process payments held in escrow and release payouts to cleaners - Improve our platform and services - Comply with legal obligations - Send real-time status updates about your bookings through web push notifications (when enabled)

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and booking preferences. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Analytics data may be collected in aggregate form to improve our services. Our platform uses a service worker for push notifications and offline functionality. The service worker only processes data necessary for delivering notifications and does not collect additional personal information.

In-app messages between customers and cleaners are filtered for contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, payment handles) before a confirmed booking exists, for the safety of all parties, and may be reviewed by Neatyx administrators for safety and policy compliance.
