Introduction

Welcome to Neatyx, an open marketplace operated by MCParis Dunamys Services LLC (Orlando, FL). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking any services. Neatyx is a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals. Neatyx does not employ cleaners, set prices, or assign jobs. All cleaning services are provided directly by independent contractors who have listed their services on the platform.

Platform Role

Neatyx acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. We provide the technology that allows customers to discover, compare, and book independent cleaning professionals, and that allows those professionals to list their services, set their own prices, and manage their availability. Neatyx is not a party to the service agreement between you and your chosen cleaner. Neatyx does not control, direct, or supervise the manner in which cleaning services are performed, and does not guarantee their quality, timeliness, or outcome.

Booking

Through the Neatyx marketplace, you can browse cleaner profiles, review their listed prices and customer ratings, and book a cleaner of your choice for the date and time you select. The price you see on a cleaner's profile is the price set by that independent contractor โ€” Neatyx does not set or modify cleaner pricing. By placing a booking, you enter into a service agreement with the cleaner you selected. You also authorize Neatyx to place a hold on your payment method for the full booking amount, which is held in escrow until the service is completed.

Completion Photos & Verification

Cleaners are required to upload photos of the cleaned areas before marking a job as complete. These completion photos serve as evidence that the service was performed and are available to you in your booking details. Photos are used solely for service verification, quality assurance, and dispute resolution. Neatyx does not share, sell, or distribute completion photos to any third party. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and viewing of service verification photos related to your property. Service visits are documented with check-in location, timestamps, and photos. This recorded evidence is retained by Neatyx and used to resolve any disputes that may arise.

Payment & Fees

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you book a cleaner, the full service amount is authorized and held in escrow โ€” no funds are transferred to the cleaner at that point. Customers pay no platform fees. The price you see on the cleaner's profile is the total price you pay (before applicable taxes). After you confirm the job is complete โ€” or automatically three (3) days after the cleaner marks it complete if you take no action โ€” the funds are released from escrow. The cleaner receives 90% of the service price; Neatyx retains a 10% platform commission charged to the cleaner, not to you. Tips are optional. 100% of any tip you leave goes directly to the cleaner.

Cancellation, Disputes & Refunds

If you cancel a booking before the service has been performed, the escrowed amount is released back to your original payment method. Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are displayed at the time of booking. If you have a concern about a completed service, you may open a dispute before confirming completion or before the 3-day automatic release period expires. Neatyx reviews disputes in good faith based on the recorded evidence โ€” including the cleaner's GPS check-in location and timestamp, before and completion photos, and in-app messages. Neatyx makes a final determination on the disposition of the escrowed funds: full release to the cleaner, full refund to the customer, or a partial split. Both parties agree that this determination is binding with respect to the escrowed amount. Refunds approved by Neatyx are returned to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Customer no-show / property access failure: if the cleaner arrives at your property (documented by GPS check-in and an entrance photo) and cannot access the property, and you cannot be reached, the booking may be resolved with a trip fee. In that case, the cleaner receives 50% of their earnings for the booking and you are refunded the remainder. You are responsible for ensuring the cleaner can access your property โ€” including providing gate codes, being present, or making other arrangements โ€” at the scheduled service time.

Limitation of Liability

Neatyx is a marketplace intermediary and is not the provider of cleaning services. Neatyx provides the marketplace, escrow, messaging, and evidence tooling; it is not a party to, nor a guarantor of, the service agreement between customer and cleaner. Neatyx provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or outcome of services performed by independent contractors. Neatyx's aggregate liability for any booking is limited to the amounts held in escrow for that specific booking. Neatyx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or from services obtained through it.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Neatyx platform shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
